Clutching her husband’s arm, Vinnie Jones ’ wife Tanya is pictured for the first time since her latest cancer battle was revealed.
The couple were spotted leaving a supermarket in Los Angeles as Vinnie, 50, tenderly helped her to their car.
Two years ago the former footballer turned movie star revealed they were both suffering from melanoma, the most serious type of skin cancer .
Tanya, 49, who underwent an emergency heart transplant at the age of 21, had already been treated twice for cervical cancer .
An onlooker who saw them on their shopping trip said: “They have both been through some tough times but they looked closer than ever.
“They’ve obviously drawn strength from each other over the years. They are a tight unit who love each other very much.”

It was in 2013 that Vinnie revealed how he had found a lump under his eye.
A check-up revealed it was malignant melanoma, which kills 1,300 men and 900 women in the UK every year.
It also emerged that Tanya was fighting the same illness, thought to have been caused by the drugs she had been taking since her heart transplant.
